4000 steps, worked 2 hrs on the Guzzi, which is now back on the road :)
Bought mushrooms, blueberries, strawberries and Greek yogurt. These will replace apples and tangerines as they have way less carbs. Only one Banana a day (for breakfast) now.

Yeah, don't the carbs add up quick! Especially with the sweeter fruits.

They do, even with a generous 1300 calories a day ;-)
