i have found i like soy milk. i would never ever tried it unless i was trying to eat better. my sister tried it first and liked it with whey protein powder. i have tried it in that and in my cereal. i mix it half and half with skim milk(for cereal). i have light soy now but i am going to try other flavors. it has twice the calcium as milk too! good for us women.

Hi Stacy! I like the soy milk too, and I have also discovered almond milk that is really yummy and very good for you. That's what I use for my protein whey shake, sometimes with a little yogurt added and/or some frozen berries mixed in a blender for a great protein smoothie. Keep it up girl!
