Diario de loosinisfun, 28 dic. 09

gooooooooood mornin...another one of them brrrrrrr mornings...24 with a wind chill of 13 or so...will be on the floor again today gettin some kind of a workout in..yesterday got out a 10 pound weight an used it by doing different moves with it...never made it to the floor...just did weights instead...i can feel the soreness today..found more muscles in need to exercise...not sure whats in the plans for today besides gettin out afterwhile...hate that thought but no choice..back to the george jetson thoughts an how convient that would be...lol...cartoons always made things look more possible then it was...was on the scales this morning and weight is down some compared to the last 2 days...im sure its cause im finally gettin all the salt an the goodies outta my system...lol...nothing planned for new years...just another day...o well..time to get up an eat breakfast...get this day started...have a great day everyone...
