Diario de notfast, 19 nov. 11

After all the walking & water aerobics going to take it easy today, just walked Shotzie this morning.

As a footnote to my eating on Thursday's park Thanksgiving dinner, was very proud of myself. Didn't overeat, took very small portions of what I wanted and left the starchy stuff alone :)

Need to rest up for tonight's dance - going to try out the 2 new line dances we've learned at the park.. it should be fun, but I'll also get my exercise - can't beat that !
