The Primal diet is going to be harder than I thought, I am going to gradually take away my grains,pasta's and rice. Bought the wild rice....but idk doesnt look too appetizing. going to do half and half tonight w/brown rice. Breakfast today was great though I scrambled 2 eggs, grilled zucchini and fresh mushrooms with oregano and garlic topped eggs with fat free sour cream and veggies..mmmmmm good.
