Diario de loosinisfun, 20 nov. 11

GOOOOOOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNIN....woke up to light rain this morning...errrrr...i want to go for a morning walk...even the temps are nice...55...suppose to rain off an on till tuesday evening ...so guess i might have to ride that bike to no where again this morning...its a workout, but id rather be walking...just enjoy it more...different scenery to see...people to talk to...might still go walking if its not a hard rain...i have rain gear...just dont enjoy being in a downpour...i mean rain gear is only so good...lol... i was reading on this site healthyweightcalculator that you need to eat like your already at your ideal weight...not really sure anymore what the real answer is...i do know its mostly about your activity level and food in...food out...and finding a plan that you can live with...and its also about not depriving yourslf of any food...if your craving something then having a cheat here an there i think is a good thing...just as long as it doesnt become a habit...i have cravings for some stuff..an after a 2 or 3 week craving i give in..an im good to go for a few weeks again...somethings i just get past the cravings and when i do have what i wanted so bad...it doesnt taste nearly as good as it had in the past...but then i kno i no longer need that craving ....

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!

forgot to mention..mom got bored yesterday and baked a spice cake with white frosting...its all i need raining outside an unable to exercise like i want and ..more temptaions...lol...

Hi Loosin..your better off giving in and eat a little of what your craving or you start eating the substitues and eat more cals. that way...I found out the hard way...as I would eat any thing but and then eat what I was craving in the first place.....Enjoy your bike riding by listening to music or watch a show at the same time..it works for me...Have a great Sunday...☺

Morning! Mmmm, spice cake ... Also makes the house smell good. Maybe you can get your walk in between showers. I know what you mean about missing an exercise. I love to work out in the pool but can't do it this time of year as the water is too cold. I try to watch favorite tv shows when exercising or music ... It does help some. I really have to work at exercise ... I don't get that high folks talk about. Maybe I'm just too old... ;-) For me if I crave something, I might as well give in. I'm like BHA, I tend to eat more calories trying to satisfy that craving and then finally break down to eat the thing I craved in the first place. Have a fabulous day!! I'll be over for a piece of that spice cake later... ;-)

thanks bren an jav...you can take that cake home with you...then i dont have to see it when i walk into the kitchen...i listen to mp3s i have on my phone to help keep my mind occupied while i workout...that high you get when exercising is great...i always feel better after a workout, and when i miss my workouts then i can feel that as well...just a different feeling...when i dont workout..still a great day, but just not a certain feeling when i dont get my workouts...
