Diario de FatSwatter, 06 sep. 16

Still have a ways to go, but I'm taking the slow and steady route.

I've started:

  • Eating more fresh veggies and fruit
  • Drinking more water
  • Upping my normal 30 minute lunch walk to include a 30 minute evening walk
  • Buying less processed foods and more raw foods
  • Practicing mindful eating - Do I REALLY need this food or am I bored/frustrated/excited?

    I'm in this for the long haul and not a quick fix. I can't wait to reach my new milestone of 195 pounds, which is less than 3.2 pounds away!At that point, I will be in the upper end of the "Overweight" category instead of "Obese Class I". Considering I started at "Obese Class III", I'm pretty proud of myself.

    What's your September goal?
