I'm frustrated since my first weigh in was such a big drop and since then basically nothing. BUT I calculated the calorie difference and with one lb = to 3500 calories I am right on track. I think the way in must have been a bit of a fluke - maybe I was dehydrated. Another possibility is that I am gaining muscle and loosing fat which is also affecting the scale. Basically it has only been a couple weeks and that is too soon to really see a trend. I have been eating well and working out and I feel healthier and strong so I'll hang in there. But a scale change would help ;)

I am sure your first weigh in was because you shocked your system a little with less calories. Your body adapts quickly and I am sure some of it is muscle as well. I can say that maybe after the Holiday (which has all the greatest carbs) you should up your protein level and cut down on the carbs some.
As long as you feel good mentally, that is the most important part!!
