Good Morning Dear Diary, A better week after what went on the weeks of August 26 thru September 3, 2016. The perpetrator has be caught for and jailed for the break in of our home. I'm down .4 lbs from last week. Not much else going on, except I'm exercising more, which is a very good thing. My Low carb eating continues. As Always, I'M TRYING VERY HARD TO THINK THIN. Marlene
