I think you are making great progress! I think one strategy would be to change your definition of a workout. It is good to keep your "official workouts" going but also to add in some moderate exercise like 30 min of brisk walking or light weight lifting. Sort of like exercise snacks. It can be hard to find time and energy for official workouts but workout snacks are easier to find room for. best-
