Diario de Maria Richards, 18 sep. 16

Went out for a meal last night with hubby, sister-in-law and her husband. Made sensible food choices (food was lovely, but not over-generous portions) stuck to the diet coke, and still kept my calories for the day to just under 800 - RESULT!! :)

Oh lovely! Where did you go & What did you choose to eat? I think its impossible to work out the calories in a meal unless I've cooked it myself (or its a ready meal) cos you don't know what ingredients have been used or what weights things are and so it's all guesswork! My calorie allowance on here is 2000 but in general I'm sticking to about 1000 .... and I'm eating very sensibly and getting plenty of exercise .. but no bloody weightless! !! GRRRH!!!!!

We went to the Weary Ploughman and I had chicken breast (left the skin) with a very small amount of roasted vegetables and baked sweet potato wedges rather than the sauted potatoes on the menu - so yes a certain amount of guesswork (but rather over estimation than under) like I said the portions were not generous, so suitable for me dieting! :) Your weight will shift eventually, it's got to on 1000 cals a day!!!
