another sunny day in tampa bay. fall and 90degrees. it's nice when we have a little rain then i don't have to drag out the hose and water. well no rain today. bird feeders out . thash is out now drinking my bullet proof coffee waking up. sticking to the program ,still loosing slowly i'm very thankfull as with my weight loss ;i do have more energy by not dragging around that extra poundage. and i'm more adgil although my balance still not all it could be. but progress is progress and i'm thankful for that

Hey Kathleen, my Rams are playing your Bucs this Sunday. I will be watching every play. lol It is a big game for both teams. I am so excited my team came back. I was a season ticket holder when they left for St. Louis 21 years ago. Nice green arrow there, and enjoy that Bullet Proof Coffee. That guy is a millionaire now, with that idea. lol
