whoo hoo.
new yard toy!! a pole saw; had soo much fun trimming some trees out back and even got some dead branches that would come down with the big blow that may be coming. the one tree by the creek is old .
well anyway i seem to got past that slump day. had a better night sleep last night. that is probably why. if i take anything to help me sleep ;i'm no good for at least 24hrs,so that is not an option. have sleep apnea; may need a new mask with the weight loss it doesn't fit quite right anymore.

You accomplish more in one day than I do in most weeks. I'm in awe. Stay safe down there. I know you're on the opposite coast but it looks like you could get some winds, etc. I have a friend who lives in Viro Beach so I'm hoping he and his wife have evacuated and are safe.

Wow, I planted so many trees when I bought my house, but now, they are all getting too big, and they are costing too much to trim. Kind of worried about it all. Have fun trimming!

Go get that new mask.
I have been sleeping so much better since I lost 90lbs that I am waking up at 4:15 AM start the coffee and go back to sleep for 1 to 2 more hours.
