Good Morning Dear Diary, First and foremost prayers are being sent to the residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina as Hurricane Matthew makes it way on shore. As for my om going weight loss, it's progressing amazingly well. I have already reached my October's goal of getting to 175 lbs yeah!!! I have a 5 lbs per month goal to reach 140 lbs by the end of May and I'm well on my way. I'm drinking more water and getting more exercise in. Until next week. I'M THINKING THIN.......Marlene
