Today is my Water Fast Day #5 - so far so good I have to say... I had a BM this morning thanks to a Yoga practice that I did for the first time in my life: Shank Prakshalana, I could not believe it myself that this type of movements would help my intestine so quickly! During my fast it definitely feels very good getting rid of toxins; tasting the salty water was a good experience as well, I used a tbsp of Himalayan Pink Salt, my favourite. My Ketosis this morning was very good, around 20 mg/dL - my weight is going down but of course is due to getting rid of all those food I had in my stomach and intestine, I feel great so far and I loved this morning meditation. This Water Fast is also helping me finding my inner calmness, without coffee or any substance that affect my brain, I'm more relaxed, and happier. Happy Thanksgiving weekend everyone!
