Diario de spencerhastingss, 09 oct. 16

helloooo im back!
its been a good 2+ months since i last checked in which happened to be just before i left for europe. over seas was so amazing and i got to experience some delicious foods but also did heaps of walking so it balanced itself out. i have to admit, the idea of not having a scale for 3 weeks terrified me as i do have an eating disorder... but after the first couple of days this was one of this most therapeutic and relieving things. i travelled with school so i was constantly surrounded by friends and for the first time in over 2 years i ate a meal without thinking about the calories!! when i got back i found myself not wanting to record calories or weigh in but found myself slipping back into old habits. i'm going to start recording again but only to see what i have eaten because i tend to lose track when i eat to much bad food.

Welcome home, Sounds like you had a wonderful time away. Sounds like you need to lock the scales in a cupboard and forget them. Just record your food and stay relaxed about the whole thing. :)
