Diario de Windlepoones, 19 oct. 16

It’s been a funny old week. I seem to have been charging around doing lots of little things, but having little to show for it. I have been eating on the fly, but choosing LCHF where ever possible. Perhaps it’s the time of year.

When my daily calorie count allows I top up with either wine or a snifter or two of whiskey. Weight wise it’s not been too bad, I was expecting a weight gain, but actually achieved a small loss of 100grams.

Yeah I know it’s nothing to crow about but a loss is a loss and heading in the right direction.

I think a few of us have been hit by "that time of the year". I think it's the shorter days and getting up for work in the dark. I'm already looking forward to Spring! Well done on the loss though
