214.4- nice. Maybe by the New Year I can get to 210 and by my anniversary go in the 190's again. That makes me the thinnest I have been in many years. If I can get below 190- it is the thinnest I have been in 20 years. HOORAY for me. I just have to keep it up. Strangely, I only miss oranges and apples and my sugar free corn muffin. Amazing.
