I think Atkins works. Progress photos. First pic about 12/26/2010. Second pic 12/16/11. Same clothes. Both times I needed the suspenders to keep the pants up, for very different reasons.

Thanks. Jeans were 48" waist. Depending on make, I'm now 40 or 42. 3x shirts were tight and now swallow me. 1X now. According to the ideal weight calculators I only need to lose another 77 or so. Let's see how close I can come to 200. Last time I weighed in the 170's was 1968, I'd just spent two weeks in isolation for a rather severe case of mono.
