been following my body fat % with my fitbit .books say should be 20 to 24% body fat. i'm shooting foe 22%. that's about 122 lbs. slowly, slowly. wonder , does saggy skin ever tighten up or does it just sag forever??

I'm not sure at my age; I'll find out when I get to goal. Kathleen when I was your age it did tighten up. Exercising with small weights did wonders for mine back then! I know you'll do them; wait and see you'll be looking good!

Oh and by the way, sit-ups and body bicycle exercise to care of my stomach muscles. Exercising helped my thighs too! Good luck, you'll be fine!

Do you lift weights at all? You are well under goal so creating muscle could help with tightening. The best way to get a true measure of bodyfat% is having someone measure you with a caliper.
