Miserable drizzly day. Visited hubby's sister and husband this morning/early afternoon so didn't get in my usual 2-3 hour walk. Instead I dug out the dreaded Rosemary Conley exercise DVD again - how I hate their smug expressions "hasn't she done well - blah blah"...... Just noticed I can now upload photos - I am "old school" and use a laptop rather than an app on the phone!!!

I am so with you on R. 'Smug' Conley, I have been known to throw the DVD across the room! However, they are useful (if you have the patience of a saint).

I used to use a Rosemary Conley. Before that it was Jane Fonda, really cheesy. Also Mr Motivator for a while, he used to cheer me up in the mornings, but his routines weren't so good. Can't get into using them now.
