Gained a pound, but have been doing good except still not getting enough exercise. It's the weather I do believe. I love to walk but rain & wind stops me in my tracks. Was going to walk this morning, nice & sunny. The temp was 22 degrees & the wind was about 25mph. I walked about a 1/4 mile, had to turn around & go back. So I got in about 1/2 a mile total. Back to the stationary bike. Hope all have a great day.
