Diario de mrsvacc, 17 ene. 10

So I started again back in December after taking almost 8 months off during my pregnancy. I am finding it much tougher this time around.
The last time I had gained motivation to change after dealing with two miscarraiges. The second one we hid from ALMOST everyone until we became pregnant again. I think this secretive hurt created the neccesary grief for me to want to take things into my own hands and CHANGE something I could control about my body (not in an eating disorder way.)
I need to use my son now as a reason to lose the weight and be healthy and not as an excuse NOT to lose weight. Just because I have achieved what I was striving for with trying to lose weight the first time doesn't mean I should stop now. I am HOPING that I can do this. I WANT to do this! I CAN do this!
