I joked before I started to watch what I eat that I would pay myself 20 bucks for every pound lost and then use the money on some new clothes when I reach goal.

I owe myself 60 bucks this week! 3 pounds down. Although, I must admit that having a stomach virus for three days must have helped.

I only hope I can continue the downward motion on the scale and not gain it back.
