change of plans going to start walking 2x per day from today before noon i will walk 30 minutes and do push-ups one day and standing curls the next day, then will walk 50 minutes in the evening.

My plan is to increase the evening walk by 5 minutes each week until i get to an hour started at 40 minutes from January 2nd.

Once at an hour walk will start weight program to lift at least 30 minutes to go with walking weights will be every other day.

considering if i should lift for 1 hour every other day and walk 1 hour on alternate days anyone have any thoughts?
