better morning lost the 2 pounds i gained yesterday plus one so feeling better was disappointed with the gain as calories we held at 1,500 now trying to keep to 1,200 or less. so far so good, not sure why my weight fluctuates so much by as much as 3 pounds maybe water weight but i am weighing the same time each morning
