Diario de lggdrg, 19 ene. 17

It's about time I check in. I've been logging food and weight daily, doing yoga 5 times a week, strength training 3 times a week, and I'm on day 4 of a 30 day ab challenge. My weight has slightly decreased which is progress bc I'm in my water retention week where i usually increase. Dad isn't doing well despite being on augmentin to fight his current uti. Hubby is awesome and my birthday was the 12th but we can't go celebrate it until this Saturday. Which as it turns out, Monday he was told he got a promotion and a very nice raise!
93,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
