Was so close to not going to karate tonight but sooo glad I got up out of bed and went!

Although we weren't wearing our gi's tonight and I could really see my gut hanging over - not good AT ALL really need to work on it! It was not a good feeling

I'm only just 5ft so well within my ideal - don't worry 😉 I'm trying to get what I was 3yrs ago when I was really healthy (and looked good to boot). Thanks for caring (oh and I'm 37)
