So I told my sister that I don't like my scale the other day and she said, "What did the B**$! say" LOL I told her that the B**$! is a liar, she said that I gainned 5 pounds in 2 days (totally water retention)"

Today I am back to 229.4 pounds. Thank God! It might have gotten real ugly between my scale and I. LOL

I hope that you all are having as much fun as I am on this journey!!! With the lying scales and all. Ha-Ha

My brand new scale has my weight up probably five pounds plus. At least the doctor's scales will be lower than this one most likely as every time I went for the past three or four years the MD's scale was always way higher...

I have incorporated jumping on and off the scale as a form of exercise! I had my hair cut and as sson as I got home... you guessed it I was on that scale.

Glenn~ My MD scale is always higher too! Then I have to hear the lecture from my MD about how I need to loose weight. I told him look your scale is manic and should be put down! LOL I am just sticking to old Betty (my scales name) she may be temperamental at times but at least I know her. LOL

MY Guess~ LMBO ha-ha I take my head bands off, all my clothes and jewelry when I weigh in. I don't want anything to get in my way. Ha-ha
