Diario de DMZur, 29 ene. 17

We had a very sad evening. We went to the funeral of a man who was only 66 years old. I'm writing about it, because think it could have been prevented. He was heavy all, but 4 years of his life and over 400lbs. when he died. We not only have to think of ourselves, but must think of our children from the day they are born. We must not over feed them when the can't feed themselves, must teach them about eating health from then until they leave home. We have to be good examples, so they don't die before life expected age. Food can be a killer. Don't over eat and eat healthier foods.

I really ashamed that I don't do that!
