Wow - February already - seems like the older we get, the faster it goes!! On the upside, hopefully it'll get just a little warmer so we can look like the attached pic, lmao - can't wait to get on our Harley!

Been playing with the same 2-3lbs since my doc visit, and I'm writing my food down, but I keep forgetting to log it lol. still having issues with the water intake, tho, maybe that's why the scales are being stubborn...idk :/

O well, it's 5:30 am - I'm going back to bed.
