Diario de gokona, 05 feb. 17

Well I must be honest, I was hoping to see a 149 on the scale this morning, but 150.2 is still a green arrow, I will take and glow with it!!!!

I am 7 days into the KETO life. I LOVE IT! I am eating foods I have stayed away from for years...Cheese, Flavored Cream Cheese, Butter, Avocados and so much more.

Last night my husband and I made Cheese Chips and I dipped them in a dip I made with sour cream and Cajun spice mix...HEAVEN!!!!

Although I have felt a bit of the lethargy of the adjustment, so far its been manageable. Thankfully my husband is doing the same program, he is about 3 weeks ahead of me, and he ain't dead yet...LOL

Sooo simple, slice of cheddar cheese, thin as a slice like the single slice american cheese you can buy, put on PARCHMENT paper (this is important most other things stick) Preheat oven to 350, bake for 7 to 14 minutes. WATCH them, when they are holey and brown around the edges remove them and let them cool (just take the whole parchment paper off and set it on a plate. When cooled, eat them like chips, cooked enough they will be just as crunchy. For other cheeses and ideas just google Cheese Chips.
