Good Morning Dear Diary, I can hardly believe it, another excellent weigh in. I now weight in at 154.0 lbs. Only 14.0 lbs to go before I'm at my ultimate goal weight of 140.0 lbs. I love how the Intermittent Fasting is working for me. I decided a long time ago to do a "Modified Low Carb" way of eating and Intermittent Fasting and it's working. Well, we just finished another round of SNOW here in Washington State (S.W.) With over 12" on SNOW on the ground it prompted school closures all over our area.
