Boy what a wake up call to watch EVERYTHING you consume. Felt a bit under the weather this morning so decided to down a Emergen-C...glanced at the ingredients, since that is now a habit, and there went 6 of my 20 allowable carbs for the day. So remember everyone, check those cold meds, they often contain hidden sugars and carbs!!!!

I know what you mean I watch and measure everything just all bout changing things up a bit, and portion control, good luck, feel better soon..

I can't believe how things add up once you really read labels and start measuring. I would like to keep my carbs under 50 and I haven't found that happy medium yet. Feel better. :)

I used to drink many of those a day when I felt sick. No longer. Take some C tablets. Better yet, once you're fat adapted and fasting, you probably won't get sick anymore.

I actually log my fish oil capsules at 2 carbs isnt it terrible...
