Doing well. Sticking to the plan. My elderly neighbor Blanch who lives two doors down and is in her 90s and I was told had a heart attack is thankfully home. I've known her almost fourteen years now. She's outlived half the building, many young people we've lost here I live in a very large apartment building. Anyway, I do have a new friend from work named Bruce, he's visiting a lot. I joined one reading group at the library but I really think I will join at least another and the writing group too, though it is for beginners, which I am not. I'm watching the Australian Open tennis in the night as I'm a night owl. I met lots of Australians when I lived in Hawaii and some while I lived in Los Angeles, and some guys lived full-time retired in the Philippines so I met some there too and they are a friendly bunch for the most part and so are the New Zealanders. I think they're more friendly than the Americans, and the Filipino people were so nice the year and a half I lived in the Philippines, I traveled alone at times long distances and they were nice to me. I was brave when I was young...
