Your photo says it all. I read that some people are fasting and not eating for days and weeks at a time. Learning how to shop, cook, eat and dine out sensibly are the things to learn. Plus exercise, best weight loss exercise can be simply walking (with purpose, not strolling along) for 60 minutes. Stay hydrated drink 100 ounces of water a day. I wish you well.

Being on a diet it's a healing process. Starving is not good for our health, especially for our mind. I had carbs too on Saint Valentine's Day :) more than the usual.
What people usually don't understand is that being on a diet also means how to be able to control themselves.

I was fasting most of the day yesterday, only because I wasn't hungry. I ate dinner with friends and made it work for me. Nothing wrong with that, and I didn't feel deprived at all!

I like that pic. I slipped up on Super Bowl Sunday. Party at a friends and it was all carby. "Oh well, that's done" Hopped right back to this WOE the next day.
