Preparing food for the week ahead. Trying to stay ahead of the game is a lot of work. I know it is all worth it and will definitely pay off in the long run.

My family is enjoying my cutting up extra fruit and veggies for them as well. I am cutting up about 4 grapefruits at a time. I bag up what I want for a few snacks then the rest I put into a Tupperware container. My husband and son are really enjoying that.

My little one is enjoying snacking on pre-cut cucumbers whenever she wants. Having all this done ahead of time really cuts out the guess work when it comes to deciding what to eat.

Logging my food a day ahead of time also helps. I am so thankful for this site. It has taken out so much of the work. I am grateful!

I agree! I find in order for me to be successful, I have to plan ahead my meals. If I wait until I'm hungry, I'll just grab anything. I try to make all my lunches and snacks on Sunday. This helps me stay focused on on track. Good luck to you...
