There are ways of eating out with fast food. When I have mcdonads breakfast, I may get the scrambled eggs with an english muffin on the side and no butter. I get a packet of jelly. It's about 350 calories. I might also get scrambled eggs and the snack parfait. Both are good and pretty healthy. there's a book called "Eat this not that" the fast food edition which offers healthier lower caloric choices when eating out.
