This is officially the heaviest that i have ever been in my whole life. I desperately want to lose A LOT of weight and so far have been very unsuccessful. This is hard because the more unsuccessful i am, the more stress i put on myself which gets me feeling pretty down and not open to even exercising for that day. I do need a lot of help.
