Weight up a bit, but waist size down. Going to start doing weekly body measurements as I am starting to see some improvements in arms and legs from working out. Missing my morning workout today, I will try to get it in tonight. Must watch my weekend eating habits, after Sundays late night binge, I felt uncomfortably full all day Monday that I did not eat much all day. Going to do much better today! Good Luck Everyone!
