I had a good nights sleep last night,5 hours and 10 minutes according to my fitbit. that's an hour more than usual!
I should feel good about that but I don't, I Slept a lot because of alcohol, to much of it. and pizza, well there goes my 50 carbs a day limit totally blown out of the water!!
Why did I do it? I don't know, the day started out ok but it went down hill fast. so to make myself fell better I fell into the arms of food and drink, again :(

If you open your eyes or are awake but totally still -Does the fit-bit know?

It's easily done - I think many of us have a self destructive streak around alcohol. And no matter how good the low carb pizza recipes are, they don't beat a decent thin/thick* crust wheat flour base smothered in tomato and cheese with sausage/spice/vegetables* (*delete as necessary). You need to pick yourself up and turn it around in the coming week though - 1st of the month for a new start, perhaps? @Adpully - I love my FitBit Charge HR but it's not infallible re sleeping. I mainly use it to keep track of steps and to ensure I keep moving throughout the day. They're not high quality manufacture though. Both mine and the OH's had to be replaced as falling apart within a year (but 2 year warranty in the UK)

Phooka - Cheers I might not bother or buy a very cheap alternative

Both were a quick, no-quibble replacement and it was a problem with the strap, not the unit in both cases. One stepson now has a free FitBit following the application of superglue. The other probably will have the same once he finds out ...
