Hey everyone..all my buddies and the RED TEAM on the new Biggest Loser challenge...I hope everyone is doing good and staying positive. I came down with a cold Saturday...I have working in a hotbed of sick people at work and I finally got it. I am feeling so much better today even though I stayed home today because I started running a fever yesterday evening. I found this website skinnytast.com and I have cooking a few things from it and so far its all good. I even served one recipe to all my family and they loved it. my husband has even stepped up his game and helps chop and measure things up so I will cook it. it makes it so much easier to cook heathly. Gonna run. Well not literally...got this torn mcl....drat! Keep it real.
