Not sure about the amount of calories burned vs eaten. Should be down about 1.8...My scale only moves in .5....so it's showing down 1.5. Will have to see next week if the calculations on this site are working. Goal is 2 lbs a week which is a 7000 calorie deficit each week. wow thats 1000 cal each day!!!!! seems like a LOT!!!!!!
Probably need more exercise huh?

Hi I am also not sure about the amount of calories burned vs eaten, how did you calculate 1.8?

I actually went to another site that calculated my BMR(if you google it you can find the BMR calculator) I then adjusted my exercise calories burned sleeping and resting to equal 1620 calories...per the BMR calculator. Then I entered all my food each day and activity. It calculates how many calories burned vs eaten. If you have a 500 calorie deficit per day that equals 1 pound per week!!!! I was down by about 5500 calories...which should be about a pound and a half. I'm going to keep track each week to see if my calculations are correct. THen I will know exactly how many calories I can eat each day!!!!!!
