I am not getting on the scale until Thursday morning but I think I have lost weight. I put on my favorite tall black boots today that I haven't worn in a week and when I zipped them up, they felt looser in my calves!!!

I have been good on my diet but I ate brad today because I took a business contact to lunch and did not want her to know I am dieting.
