Small weight gain this week but it's that time of the month, so I'm thinking it's mostly water retention. Will see what next week brings.
Work has been really busy, but I have managed to stick to my calories and exercise. Shift work sucks sometimes, it's hard to exercise at weird times of the evening/night.
