I am proud of myself! This weekend I did a lot better on my carb intake. I seem to usually eat more carbs on the weekend. But this weekend I just wasn't as hungry as the past. Thank goodness. Hopefully I will continue to do as well as this weekend! Yippee for me!!!!!!!! ;)

that's is great! Hard to imagine at first, but you will not miss them once you start reducing the processed carbs out of your intake. Keep up the good work.
