I finally got my MSM powder in the mail. I tried to use it before long time ago. That time I bought pills in Costco and they were so big I was afraid to swallow them. Threw the whole bottle away. This time I did some research and ordered powder as it gets absorbed better. I don't mind the taste. So let us see if it makes the difference.

I've been taking it for years and it has done wonders for my back pain. It does take several months before you start to notice an improvement.

It is organic sulfur supplement. Sulfur is one of the essential minerals without which our body cannot function. It is hard to get it all from food only because of the way food is now produced. I took it for a day, had a terrible migraine (which could be my "normal" migraine or could be a side effect of MSM) so I put it on hold for now. We have a lot of staff going at work for the next two weeks, so I cannot risk taking another sick day. Will try again mid April when the dust at work settles. DH also started taking MSM for his joints and he does not report any ill effects. But I have always been super sensitive for chemicals which, as I am now learning, is also part of fibromyalgia package.
