i am so sorry for being missing in action but i have to tell you i have been so busy working and cleanning house and doing laundry and paying bills. yahoo so i am happy allthough there is no money to spend but really money shouuldnt be the root of our happiness in truth it is the root of all evil and i see it in my inlaws my father inlaw and in my 1 sister inlaw to whom i cant stand any way have an awsome day love to all shelly.

and yes i know this has nothing to do with weight loss i am just jibbering along. but yet i did house cleanning and laundry so i know i burned megga calories today love to all shelly

Hey Shelly, It's ok to vent. Good to hear that you are doing well. I know how it is with a full schedule. The only time I get a break is when I am at work. Keep in touch!
