Today, I went to a stress management seminar for extra credit for some criminal justice classes and it helped me to realize a few things about myself that I am Type A agressive and Type D Depression as well as Type C prone to cancer being worried all the time and feeling hopeless or helpless but with this generic celexa that I am on for depression as an anti-depressant 20mg it is working but I need something that works for both depression and anxiety if not then I need a healthy way to realive stress like working out like I did yesterday or using my stress ball or yoga ball.
