Diario de Ingria, 12 abr. 17

I am back. This was a weird week, and I am waiting till Sunday to weight in. My ankles are too swollen now and I don't want to record that much extra water. That might be discouraging even though I know the reason. I cannot say I ate too much but some of the food would not be my first choice under different circumstances. I also was on my feet much more than on a normal day in the office, so that should offset some of the calories. On the other hand I skipped my daily cycling as I was too tired. I definitely gained some weight, so now my goal is to lose it and finally get into 17*s. I think it would be reasonable to do it by June.

I think you should be afraid to weight up even when you think that your weight would be upper than you want it to be. The best way to loose you weight or to gain in is to face it everyday and analyse in according to your activities and food. Don't try to fool yourself. It's absolutely useless

I weight myself daily, so I am not scared that easily :) It is just that not all water weight is the result of our food choices. We, girls, might have reasons other than gluttony ;)

Yeah I know it:) but anyway since you monitoring your wieght for a long time you can make some amendments in these days 😉👌

As long as you are being active and staying mobile and making the best of your choices the mumber on the box is just that. A number.
